新風機組一般來說不承擔空(kong)調區域的熱濕(shi)(shi)負荷,主要(yao)功能就是送新風,當然理想(xiang)狀態是送風的溫(wen)度(du)和濕(shi)(shi)度(du)恒定了,所(suo)以新風機組一般控(kong)制(zhi)送風溫(wen)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)。

空(kong)調機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)對于空(kong)氣處理較新風(feng)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)在工(gong)藝上(shang)要相(xiang)對復雜,所(suo)以空(kong)調機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)多應用(yong)在不(bu)能安(an)裝風(feng)機(ji)(ji)盤管的大范圍公共區域,而新風(feng)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)多配合安(an)裝有風(feng)機(ji)(ji)盤管的小范圍空(kong)間使用(yong)。
無(wu)論是(shi)空調機組(zu)(zu)還(huan)是(shi)新(xin)風機組(zu)(zu)使用和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)都較為普遍,新(xin)風機組(zu)(zu)和空調機組(zu)(zu)有所區(qu)別,但可(ke)以功(gong)能互補(bu),舒(shu)適100建(jian)議(yi)大(da)家安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)新(xin)風機組(zu)(zu)的(de)同(tong)時(shi),然后每個(ge)房間內再單獨安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)風機盤管,這樣可(ke)以做(zuo)到取長(chang)補(bu)短,同(tong)時(shi)還(huan)可(ke)以達到更加節(jie)能舒(shu)適的(de)目的(de)。
四季風(feng)新(xin)風(feng)機組工作原(yuan)理
電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥與(yu)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)連鎖,以保(bao)證切(qie)斷風(feng)(feng)機(ji)電(dian)源時風(feng)(feng)閥亦同時關(guan)(guan)閉。電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥亦可實(shi)現與(yu)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)的聯動(dong),當風(feng)(feng)機(ji)切(qie)斷電(dian)源時關(guan)(guan)閉電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥。新(xin)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)組(zu)溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)系統由比(bi)例積分溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)器、安(an)裝在(zai)送風(feng)(feng)管(guan)內的溫(wen)度(du)傳感器和電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥組(zu)成。控(kong)制(zhi)器的作用是把置于送風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)道的溫(wen)度(du)傳感器所檢測到的送風(feng)(feng)溫(wen)度(du)傳送至(zhi)溫(wen)控(kong)器與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)器設定的溫(wen)度(du)進行比(bi)較,并根據PI運算的結(jie)果,溫(wen)控(kong)器給電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥一(yi)個(ge)開(kai)/關(guan)(guan)閥的信號,從而(er)使(shi)送風(feng)(feng)溫(wen)度(du)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)所需要的范(fan)圍。

當(dang)盤管溫度過低(di)時(shi),低(di)溫防凍開關給出開關信號,風機(ji)停止運行,防止盤管凍裂。
新(xin)風機組原理和中央空(kong)調相(xiang)比(bi)不算復(fu)雜(za),新(xin)風機組分為單向流、雙向流新(xin)風機和全熱交(jiao)(jiao)換新(xin)風機,前兩種新(xin)風機組原理更為簡(jian)單,而全熱交(jiao)(jiao)換新(xin)風機有(you)節能溫度控制(zhi)系統,工作原理復(fu)雜(za)一點,使用效果也(ye)是(shi)最好的(de),當然(ran),價格也(ye)是(shi)最貴的(de)。
新風機組功能段
新風機組有多個功能段,大(da)致包括以下幾個,
過濾段:
根(gen)據(ju)需(xu)要(yao)選配粗效過(guo)濾(lv)器、中效過(guo)濾(lv)器、高效過(guo)濾(lv)器等,主要(yao)用(yong)于有效捕(bu)集顆粒直徑不等的塵粒。
表冷段:
用表(biao)冷器(qi)對新風(feng)進(jin)行冷卻、減濕,控(kong)制送風(feng)溫(wen)、濕度。
加濕段:
使(shi)用電(dian)極(ji)加濕(shi)、蒸汽加濕(shi)等,可(ke)以(yi)保(bao)證較嚴的(de)相對(dui)濕(shi)度要求
風機段:
可(ke)根據需要選用(yong)離心風機(ji)、軸(zhou)流風機(ji),一般選用(yong)的是(shi)離心風機(ji)。
殺菌段:
如紫外燈殺菌。
以上為常規各個空氣(qi)處理段,可以實(shi)現空調房間人體對溫度、濕度、空氣(qi)潔(jie)凈度的要(yao)求(qiu)。另外,考慮到節能需(xu)要(yao),新風(feng)(feng)機組除(chu)了以上幾(ji)個功能段外,還可能配備熱回收(shou)(shou)段,熱回收(shou)(shou)段是采(cai)用(yong)熱回收(shou)(shou)裝(zhuang)置回收(shou)(shou)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)中的冷(leng)熱量來對新風(feng)(feng)進行預(yu)冷(leng)或預(yu)熱,從而實(shi)現能量的回收(shou)(shou)利用(yong)。
新(xin)風機設備選型步驟如下:
1、據安裝設置選擇新風機(ji)的形式(shi);
2、設備(bei)風量、風壓選(xuan)用時以(yi)不小于設計值為(wei)原則;
3、確定制冷量及(ji)制熱量的(de)設(she)計工況;
4、原則(ze)上一臺新(xin)風機組(zu)只負責一層樓面所需的新(xin)風量(liang)。
